- Katherine holds an LL.M. from New York University School of Law and an LL.B. from East China University of Political Science and Law. She passed the bar exams in China (2009) and New York State (2012). With experience at law firms in both Shanghai and New York, she has independently handled over 2,000 residential and commercial real estate transactions in New York, serving clients that include Development Sponsors and banks. She is dedicated to bridging Chinese clients with the New York real estate market, integrating Eastern and Western perspectives, and delivering high-quality legal services.
